3. Declaration of interests and requests for dispensations - To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider granting dispensation(s), as per written requests received by the proper officer, to councillors under section 22 of the Act
4. To confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 17th December 2020
5. To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to meetings) Act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed in relation to the next agenda item
6. To discuss and agree any changes to the financial package being offered to the applicant for the Clerks role and to agree the next course of action with regards to appointing a new Clerk
