  1. Consider and agree a response to the following planning application(s):

N/149/01994/19 (amended)

APPLICANT: Ms. Rasmussen

PROPOSAL: Planning Permission - Erection of a detached building to provide a cattery on the site of an existing garage to be demolished.

LOCATION: 1 NORTH FIELDS, OLD MAIN ROAD, SCAMBLESBY

It was noted that a letter from the applicant and an objection from a neighbour had been circulated prior to the meeting.  It was noted that: the proposed development had been moved back on the site; the size reduced significantly; it would not be visible from any public highway; there would potentially be an issue with vehicles unable to turnaround on the site.

RG proposed; SH seconded to support the application with no comments.  DS proposed; JD seconded to support the application but with a comment requesting that any lighting associated with the site should be designed in such a way that it is contained on within the site and so it does not cause a nuisance to neighbours.  The first proposal was withdrawn.  It was unanimously resolved to support the application with a comment regarding the lighting.

Meeting closed at 8.20pm
